  • AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! I read the yelp reviews before going in and most of them were good so I convinced my f riend to stray away from THE WHITE SPA to try elite nails and its safe to say we will not be going back! I never get a fill.. i just get a new set each time and the lady ripped each nail off and when I asked her why she didn't soak them to take them off she said "because it takes longer." My full set acrylics are different lengths and I got a breast cancer ribbon on my ring finger of both hands and they are backwards. They look pretty strange. My friends polish is painted uneven because they were in such a hury and didn't care about us. I understand you may be busy but that is no excuse for not doing your best. when I called to say I wanted my money back I was told "its not an option because I probably went out and partied and messed them up." Who says that????? This place is a joke they are rude and do horrible work. From now on I will be getting my nails done at THE WHITE SPA because they've always done a fantastic job and are friendly.
