I have never been to a worse location in my entire life. Their entire crew changes from week to week (even for fast food that is an INSANE turnover rate). And as if that alone isn't crazy, the fact that my past 4 orders in a row have been COMPLETELY WRONG and I was offered no compensation for it, they just "sorry, we make mistakes". Yeah, everyone does sometimes but when it's constant and you don't offer to make it right? No, that's horrible customer service.
Their lines also take forever, whether you're inside or out.
