  • DO NOT GO HERE I have never had a worst experience at a spa then I have had here. The staff is completely unprofessional and unscrupulous. I had a Groupon for laser hair removal, and each time I went in Suzanne I would burn me with the laser. She insisted every time that I was a different color from the last time she saw me even though I am never tan nor do I lighten my skin. She informed me of the horrible reviews that she was getting and how it was affecting her business, so she begged me for a positive review an exchange for free laser hair removal services. After the last treatment, my skin was so badly burned that it actually left a scar. I took pictures of the burn the day off, and a week later, and I still have a scar there to this day all these months later. When I attempted to contact the company to let them know about the burn, I received a scathing email from some alleged "doctor" who is never on site saying that I was lying and that I have no proof that the picture was even have me. Really? why would I take a picture of someone else's scarring? I never completed my treatment, and they refused to give me a refund as well. Thankfully I wrote to Groupon, and they were very empathetic. Additionally I have reported them to the Board of Dermatology for their unscrupulous medical practices. Do not go to this place. They do not have any experience or medical training to conduct the procedures that they do. They often put deals on Living Social and on Groupon to drum up business but steer clear! I could not in good conscience write a positive review knowing what they did to me. I have attached photos as well This place is a nightmare !
