  • If I could give zero stars I would. Went in looking for 18th Birthday items for my sons party and the selection was extremely small. Store was of stock on plates that say Happy 18th. Went to the balloon counter to order #18 and several latex to go with and the store only had one matching color #1 #8. So I settled on blue and ordered for pick up next day. Next day comes and I go to pick up my order. The #8 is already deflating. The employee noticed and was going to get a new #8 as that one must have been defective. Guess what, no more blue #8s. Fed up and irritated I got a refund and won't be back. There were 2 girls attempting to order balloons and they were out of stock on their selection also. Save yourself frustration and go to AZs party mart
