  • Arrow Property is probably the worst Property Management Company to work with. They have horrible customer service from the beginning. They are not accommodating to anyone else hours but their own. Damon doesn't deal with you unless you email him. We are staying in a unit that has had ceiling and roof damage for over 3 months. They hid behind the Landlord Tenant Act for EVERYTHING. I am sure that they have not told the actual owners of the townhouse what is going on with the ceiling and roof damage. Who knows if there is any mold growing in the ceiling as this has been a re-accruing issue with this house. If you are looking for a Property Management Company DO NOT use this one. Your renters will not be happy and wont renew their contracts!!
