  • Since leaving my last review of U-Haul and after having sent emails to customer service and public relations with you all day and since contacted me reversed all charges apologized profusely and giving me $100 credit with VIP service to my next rental they don't get five stars because of the original hassle but it definitely goes a long way towards pleasing me and earns them three stars good job guys thank you for trying to make things right
