  • Sent 87 Wagoneer to Bobby's shop to have a stalling problem fixed. It was stuck on the road and I had triple A take it to his shop so we didn't get a chance to talk about fees, etc. He knew I was in a bad way and quickly put a lot of time into figuring what was wrong (a frozen engine unfortunately for me). Later, he took some time showing me options I could afford, including options that did not involve his shop. Really nice guy, with a straight forward approach. He could have charged me for his time, and he graciously didn't. It was easy for me to see how he has gained such a great reputation in our community.
