  • I first stared working with Golden West Management because my father owns some properties in Las Vegas and in Arizona. I have had my property fro some time and live in California and just did not have the time to manage it anymore. I called Christie and her team and they have taken care of every need from start to finish. From finding the teneant to taking care of making sure the all the proper paperwork is complete on both ends. They have also been very honest with issues when it comes to repair needs as my unit is older and have let me know when items need to be fixed and when other items could wait or did not need to be fixed. I have appreciated the organization and promptness from Golden West and look forward to continue to work with them in the future!
