| - First of all, I have to say we were using a Living Social deal for this dinner, which made it all the more enjoyable!
We sat on the terrace which was lovely at the start when there were only about eight other diners, but when a party of 14 came in, the atmosphere went downhill.
The cocktail and beer were brought immediately, and shortly after, the philly cheese steak spring rolls and steak tartar were also brought to us...two truly amazing appies!
Hubby had the beer battered Australian bass - whenever we go out, I ask him what kind of fish and chips he's going to have - he said it was the best fish he has ever tasted!!! I had the lobster roll, and to my surprise there are TWO lobster rolls with homemade Cajun chips. They were very good, but the accompanying Tarragon cole slaw was not to my taste, oh well, the chips were delicious!
I was looking forward to my one bite of After 8 cheesecake, but I found the mint overpowering. The half-baked cookie with ice cream, on the other hand, was sinfully delicious, but NO WAY could you possibly finish it.
We will definitely go back, there are lots of interesting-sounding dishes on the menu!
Service was excellent!
