  • I called and asked if they had a 130 appointment available. I was told yes, and made it clear I had a 3pm appointment I had to make. When I arrived and it was busy I asked them to please confirm they could still fit me in and was reassured. After being left in a seat for over 30 min. I left. They will lie to you and say they have time because they want to get you in a chair and leave you. If you have a time commitment, don't rely on your appointment time.
