  • I came here because my normal nail place is out of the country for a few weeks and this place had a 4 star review, so I decided to try it out. First of all, I turned twice into the wrong complex just trying to get there. Ended up just parking next to the dominos and walking across the rocks in my heels because the complex has no crossover entrance. They have absolutely no music playing, it's complete silence and the lady didn't say even 2 words to me. I felt very uncomfortable and an inconvenience to her being there. I am not happy with my nails whatsoever and I am not picky about my nails at all!! They are paper thin, the shape is just awful and they are not smooth at all. I can feel bumps all over them. Also, when I asked to add another coat of glitter because you can barely see it she told me it would be extra. Umm wth? Then, when you go to pay, they ask you to tip them in cash instead of card. And asked me next time to bring them cash? Umm excuse me? I NEVER have cash on me, so you want me to make a special trip to an ATM just for you to have a cash tip. No thank you!! I paid $35 for a basic glitter gel fill. At my normal nail salon I pay $35 and that's with different designs. I will never come back here. What an awful experience!!!
