  • Who wants to end up at a crowded Apple Store on a busy Saturday at the overly crowed Eaton Center. But if you have to, I hope you get the fabulous care and attention to detail of Mason Koipers. ( i think that is his last name). He was astounding from start to finish. While I was waiting for my phone to download it's programs, he was putting a protective cover on it. But he kept noticing a small flaw in the cover . Each time he would try another one and the same thing occurred. So he called his manager Claire and they both agreed to try the forth and final one and if it didn't work , they would give me another one when the new batch came. I have never seen anyone like Mason- he worked so hard and was apologetic and meticulous trying to put these covers on. I wish more sales people were this caring and their bosses. The day before I had Jason and he was wonderful as well. Very impressed with the staff here. And special shoutouts to the ones I mentioned. Just above and beyond the call of duty. Finally some good salespeople who care about their customers. Thanks Mason and Claire!
