  • Landed in Vegas, phone slipped out of my hand and landed scree down on the tile. The screen didn't crack (thanks to the protector) but my phone was MESSED UP! We went to this location the next morning and STEVE helped us out. He gave me good news and bad news regarding a placement for my phone but I was only $35 away from being eligible for upgrade so that's what we did. We were there for quite a while but Steve got me everything I wanted and even though it wasn't out on the floor he found a case I wanted. I didn't plan on buying a new phone, he even said I could take it to Apple and have them fix it but it was such an easy process and cost the same as getting my outdated 6 fixed. Request Steve if you go in!
