This store experience was the worst!! Never again will I go in to this store. After asking Jacob questions he clearly didn't know the answer to and not being helpful at all I was agitated. I told him that I would just cancel my phone lines (5) and go somewhere else. He said that's fine but you need to call. The Supervisor Kody was maybe 3 feet away and offered no assistance and didn't speak up at all. I was the only one in the store so he WASN'T busy helping another customer. I asked Jacob if there was a manager and he said no. Never saying no but there is a supervisor and Kody still didn't speak up. Worst experience and I will never be a sprint customer again.
