  • This Review is for the Location 83rd ave and Thunderbird I have been a customer for a long time and have bought many mods and tons of juice I prob have spent over 2000.00 at the one store alone over time yet never had an issue till now there is a manager at this location bearded and heavy set 2 times my family has had issues yet when I go in I have no problem today my wife showed up and asked for a 120ml of 6mg House juice upon inspection the bottle was leaking and my wife asked if she could purchase a Gorilla Style bottle at which the manager replied those are shit and the others you see are for employees only as my wife walked in she also saw him and a female making out on the couch super unprofessional in pretty sure you guys don't pay him to kiss an I wrong? Also my wife had just made a statement saying she had worked ina vape shop and preferred the gorillas because they seal nicely and his reply was o Great look we got someone who knows everything about vape!!! In a very sarcastic way. You have lost my business and that of my family's we will no longer be spending our hard earned money on people who could care less about customer service I'm a sales manager and this would not be tolerated in any type of retail environment and isn't how a Manager should be conducting them self.
