  • I went here the first occasion and had a very pleasant experience with the entire staff. My second appointment I needed to cancel the day of due to becoming very ill and I was going to have a procedure done. I did not want to have a problem during the procedure, nor did I want to share whatever it was that I had. I received a bill in the mail for cancelling on such short notice. I work for a physician myself and understand cancellation policies, but honestly to take a $50 cancel fee over what my procedure would have cost, the referral business that I had waiting to come in...it's sad to think that $50 is more important than a client. so I have cancelled my upcoming appointment and will find another business that values their clients more than the dollar.
