rev:text	There are many people floating around with real estate licenses, but very few with the knowledge, long experience, and work ethic that Chris Morrison has. He knows all the legal and financial stuff that any competent broker should know, but he also knows EVERYONE in the business, and he knows the neighborhoods where he specializes block-by-block or even house by house. Anyone can print off a boilerplate contract and fill in the blanks...if you're looking for expert guidance and someone to consult about the pros and cons of your choices, or get ideas you might not even have considered yet, this is the guy to ask. He is not someone who just wants to close a sale and get a commission - he's successful because he is honestly interested in doing a good job and building relationships. If you are interested in the Arcadia area, or central and north Central Phoenix, there is no one who knows those areas better. My husband and I were looking for a unique home in a very particular neighborhood (as Chris put it diplomatically, we had "fairly tight criteria"); after months of following listings on our own and with another realtor, we were very discouraged. Chris has a very good web portal that allows more-customized alerts and searches, which helped us focus our efforts. He stuck with us through months of looking. And this week not only did he find the house - he cheerfully got us in to see it immediately, despite his being in the middle of hosting an event for 150 people, and he got us a contract in the context of multiple offers. All the financial and legal paperwork was handled flawlessly. SO highly recommended. It's a pleasure to work with someone who obviously loves his job and is very good at it.
