Residents of the South Hills need to support Oya Sushi. I had a very nice late afternoon lunch on a Thursday. Four stools were positioned next to the sushi counter with space for tables in the coming days/weeks. I ordered the bibimap and was impressed with the exceptionally fresh ingredients. Additionally, a sample of kimchi jeon and kimbap was provided. They were very good too which will make it difficult to decide what to order on my next visit. Best of all, the owners/operators/chef were warm, friendly and welcoming. They take pride in their business for good reason - it is truly exceptional.
