  • Buyers beware!!!! I highly recommend going with a different company. When my car was no longer moving sitting in the same spot I called and told this company that I wanted insurance to cover if my vehicle was broken into or stolen only. I was then sold liability insurance only. ( which does not cover the vehicle at all only covers you if you're driving) 5 months later I figured this out. They then told me that they were going to switch my policy for the last month. Granted if my vehicle would have been broken into or stolen I would have been out of luck. Finally got everything done by the 22nd of September and my insurance lapsed because of the fact that I never received any call only mail is what they're saying they sent but I never got anything. Even though several different times I specifically asked for no mail just emails. I also found out that the phone number they have on record is the wrong phone number even though I specifically asked them several times to switch it. All said and done when my policy lapsed even Farmers Insurance did nothing to help me. Told me they can put me with a sister company for over five times the rate! So two things I highly recommend That you know exactly what insurance your purchasing and Trust no one. And that you do not do business with this entity of farmers if you decide to do business with farmers at all... This is coming from a customer of over 10 years. Previously insured through farmers via another rep in Orange County that I had been with for 8 plus years. Which is the reason why I trusted this entity in the first place because I trusted farmers. Now I have learned not to trust anyone. I highly recommend searching other companies! Personally I'm contacting the Attorney General in regards to this matter.
