  • Horrible customer service . Tried to cancel my reservation , manager had to call me back and refused to refund my rate since I had missed my flight . Told them I was going to call my credit card company and the manager hung up on me . Rude and inconsiderate . Would not recommend this hotel to anyone . I told her I was going to write a negative review and she said she was going to call the police due to that threat . One of the worst experiences of my life
