Very very disappointed in the jewelry and follow up service. We left Frost and went directly to another jewelry store who quickly suggested a good solution to fix the problem we had with the frost jewelry. We we're yelled at by Steve while the owner stood by and did nothing. The yelling was because we suggested that we would post on social media so that our friends and family did not get exposed to the same poor service. I wish we did not have to write this but they offered no viable solution to the problem jewelry they sold us and the service was totally uncalled for.
