We ordered and purchased a brand-new, 2017 Ford F150 XLT Sport. A week after we took delivery we were driving and, punctured the tire. We called and ordered the exact match tire and were told to ask for Heidi the next day. We were connected with Heidi and manager Kevin Proo who got us right in as we just needed it replaced. After waiting about an hour, the tire was replaced and we went out to inspect. Sadly, the service technician caused damage to our brand new rim and the tire was not balanced correctly.
Kevin got right on it, inspected the machine and realized it was missing a rubber protection piece which scratched the rim and tire. He arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle and called in a rim repair company. We were a bit upset but understood that sometimes things happen.
By the afternoon we came back to pick up our repaired truck and it was perfect! Kevin was super professional and made sure we never had a single doubt.
We will come back to Chapman Ford for our needs as we know that no matter what, things will be taken care of.
