  • We all know buying a house can be stressful, especially the finance part of it is a hassle, but guess what, when you are lucky enough to have David as your loan officer than you are free of hassles. A year ago me and my mom purchased our dream house with a help of David and we couldn't be happier. We had few potential assistant programs we wanted to use for our loan in the beginning, which required additional paper works and certifications not only from the buyers but loan officer as well. David spent a lot of time and effort to complete all those on his own expense, and we ended up not using that program. This was perfectly fine for him, as his professionalism allows him to be in buyer's shoes who can constantly change minds while buying a house. I highly recommend David and his services to anyone who is looking to buy a house and does not want to through long and annoying processes, actually even if the process takes long due to its nature, David definitely makes it pleasant with his down to earth personality.
