  • The Groomer, Michelle, ignored me the entire time I was there dropping off my dogs and then again the entire time I was there picking them up. I only asked for two things, do not cut their ears and do not cut their tails...both were cut. One of my dogs is a Matipoo and she had a beautiful long tail that dropped down over her back and now it is gone. Not only did I request that in person at the time I took them in, but I also wrote it on the card they gave me to fill out when I dropped them off. I guess this is my fault as I was unhappy the last time I took them there and yet I tried again. Well, I won't be going back again and I highly recommend that you don't either!
