  • Wow.....I have to admit that after reading the two earlier reviews from 2011, I was skeptical! My niece Wendi asked me to help her buy a used Jeep, and she had settled on a vehicle from Sullivan. I'm a very hardcore Yelp fanatic, and reading these two reviews scared the heck out of me! I honestly tried to talk her out of this dealership! First.... I live in Atlanta, and was visiting over the holiday. I started discussions on the vehicle with the internet manager, "Steve". Decent guy - low pressure and was accommodating with my numerous requests for information. Within 2 hours, we had agreed on a fair price -- based on KBB/Edmunds. A few hoops, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a car dealership. Although my niece needed a co-signer, she got a decent rate. This was a very early experience with credit, and I'm quite happy with her rate (prime pricing). Pleasantly surprised with an "easy" experience on a young buyer. I would give them a thumbs up. I may update this later as we deal with them in the future.
