  • I have lived at San Marbeya for two years and my lease is up and I've decided to transition into a house. The two years have been very pleasant and the staff has always been helpful, Gary helped me hang a few pictures up when I FIRST moved in (which I am still thankful for) and the front office crew has always been organized AND friendly whenever I had questions or packages to be picked up. The apartment complex has always been well kept and the pool has always been clean and refreshing! Overall great place to live, sad to be leaving!
