  • We also got the "robo call" soliciting our business but we actually were planning to have the floors cleaned anyway so we booked an appointment. After dealing with some scheduling issues on our end, we landed with a weekday appointment. The 2 man team showed up a little late, but overall did a fantastic job. The carpet smelled nice, dried fast and was dirt free after the session. We feel like we got a good price, we went for the upgrade though (germicide), which probably wasn't needed but oh well. The pitch we got was that Adobe charges by the room- one flat rate, regardless of square footage. I would do business with Adobe Carpets again. Just stop the auto dialer, it's pretty annoying.
