rev:text	Think before you use this service.... Was tempted into the store by the promise of a custom suit for my upcoming wedding approx 2 and a half months prior to when I would need to have the finished product for the wedding day. (thought I had ample time) I have had many suits made in different countries including Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand and have never had a bad experience. First visit went as expected - was measured and was told the suit would be in after a month after it was sent to Asia - Bill of $1060 dollars (not super cheap - but not as expensive as other Toronto tailors where you would expect 1300-1600) Second visit - I arrived excited to try on the custom suit and show my lovely fiancee the choices of colour and pattern I had designed for the wedding. After putting on the suit it was immediately apparent that it wasn't tailored to my body at all, and overall a very poor job with little care was done to any of the finishes. The breast of the coat was 3-4 inches too big, and the shoulders were sewn on to produce a protruding bump on the shoulders on both sides that was a good 1.5-2 inches high. The lady who was sent to remeasure took one look at the suit and said "it looks like a redo" I asked what a redo was and she informed me we would have to start from scratch. I asked the timeline and she informed me that since we had now reached 5 weeks from the original date, she couldn't confirm we would get the suit in time to re size before the wedding. We asked about rush .... this was not accommodated nor inquired to the possibility above the tailor level. Now I was left without a custom suit for the wedding and now looked for an off the rack as I lost the time I could go to a competent tailor. I was refunded but that was not the point - I have reached out to the company for an explanation through their website - but I have hear no word. I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism and the attention to quality of this company at all points in their business, from final product to customer service. Do not make the same mistake I did, especially with an important date. Avoid at all costs
