  • I'm very disappointed with the way "business" is handled at Victory on Teneya and Lakemead. When I signed up I had 5 free passes my daughter won at school. Didn't even get to use the first one and signed the year contract. Those free passes gone to waste. When signing, I understood it was a 1yr contract but was told if there were any financial burdens that may conflict with payments to talk to them and they would work with me as they would not like their students to miss out. Well I had a couple of life changing events 6 months into contract that affected me financially. When I seeked for help,options, I was preety much told too bad. You signed the contract and you have to pay. Door shut to my face. My child stopped attending classes for 3 weeks after and not ONE CALL was made to me. I was the one to bring it to their attention. This simply shows what little they care about some students. I'm so disgusted with the staff. Every single time I asked to speak with somone, they would forget to call me. They would say they would look into options but never heard back from them. I never went back after this. I had 3 months left from contract. Didn't get any help. More in debt now but it's ok. VICTORY got paid as promised while they kept making empty promises to work with parents financially.
