| - This Urgent Care location is fine. I got an appointment for a time approximately thirty minutes after I made the request online. It was nice to head there with some idea of how long I would have to wait. I was seen by a triage nurse at about the same time as the appointment but waited another 30 minutes or so to be seen by the physician's assistant. It is relatively clean and they are well organized with paperwork, intake, etc. Staff was very polite and professional. My only "complaint," if it is one, relates to Urgent Care in general. They are VERY limited in what they can do, so unless you know that you just need a sprain wrapped, a basic prescription, pain relief, etc., go the ER for more thorough diagnosis and treatment options. I suspected I had a kidney stone. They advised they cannot insert a catheter (not that I wanted one!), which could provide some temporary relief, nor do they have an ultrasound to look for a kidney stone, so they suggested I try the ER. They were able to electronic submit prescriptions that allowed me to get through the evening, so I could go to my regular doctor during office hours.
