  • Banyan tree is one of the only non-art gallery stores in Tremont. The Banyan Tree is definitely a boutique, with small quantities of the very unique, environmentally minded clothing, house wares, and gift items. What do I mean by environmentally minded? Think sheets made from bamboo. I am priced out of most of their clothing, but I enjoy browsing. I did purchase a great silver cuff bracelet with a fun inscription for my little sis' graduation. What's nice about shopping here is you don't have to worry that the gift you are giving was made by 11-year-old Bangladeshi girls. I have always found the staff friendly. I thought for sure I had already reviewed Banyan Tree. Shocking!
