Contacted this vendor through Homeadvisor.com and set an appointment for the next day for a window between 2-4 p.m. The next day, at 11 a.m., a technician called saying he had morning cancellations, could he come now? No, we weren't home. I said I'll see you at 2. He said OK. Then at 2, the dispatcher called and said the technician had a difficult job underway, he might be an hour, hour-and-a-half. I said that was fine, it was still within the window. 4:15 p.m. came and no show, no call. I called the company and the dispatcher made some excuse for the technician. She said she would call me the next morning to reschedule. The whole next day, no call. I went with another competitor.
