  • The ladies arrived on time and were delightful. The walk-through was done with great attention to detail. They started to clean immediately as if it were their own home. When one of them accidentally knocked a soap dish on the floor and it broke, I thought she might cry. I assured her this was no big deal, but she still apologized profusely. Crystal e-mailed me immediately to let me know they would pay for a replacement. I got the replacement and e-mailed Crystal with the receipt. It was all taken care of with no fuss. While having something broken might have resulted in 4 stars...the fifth star is for the great customer service to address the issue instead of becoming defensive. This service is great and we will now be a regular client!
