  • In pursuit of a trustworthy establishment to conduct our oil changes, I was not pleased with my service. Long story short, I was told I needed something and they tried scaring me into buying it at that moment giving me a false consequence to my car if I don't purchase immediately. Also, they noted there was an oil leak. I went to get a second opinion and was told the contrary. Plus, the new mechanic shop (which I highly recommend) noted (and took pictures) of where precision tune didn't cap the oil plug correctly which caused the said leak. I won't be going back...when I tried to call customer service, I never got a call back.
