  • Two people sitting at front desks looked almost surprised that a customer walked in. I never saw either of them smile, but one said, "May I help you?" I described what I was looking for while the employee kept looking unhappy, if not put off. The person then said, "So do you need help?" The question was asked in a way that anyone who truly wants to help does not generally speak. I left the place and will not recommend it. I now see from the other review that apparently the same problem existed there three years ago.
