  • Went to Switch on recommendation of a friend -- was not disappointed. The food was divine -- the flavors of the Green Verde Pork were perfectly blended. The special was a pork shank with beans -- brown sugar delicious! The table next to us had salmon -- considered ordering that, as well. The drinks were creative, and we will be back very soon.
