  • We just bought our first home and my realtor insisted that we use OneGuard. We didn't know that we'd have to call them within a month of moving into our new home, but we did when our hot water heater was leaking water all over the garage on a Friday afternoon. The girl who answered was SUPER nice and friendly, not scripted at all. She immediately started making phone calls to see if they could get anyone to come out that evening or over the weekend. They were able to get in touch with someone who was willing to come out on Saturday! We were happy with their desire to help. I'm glad that these OneGuard has our back!
