I'd like to update my previous 2-Star review. I recently received a call from the Manager at this MedPost who informed us (both in my wifes and my case) that there was an error in the submission to our separate, and diff, insurance providers. Given this MedPost was brand new our ins providers had not yet added them to the list of in-network providers. After the Manager resubmitted our charges both our ins providers covered some of the cost, but not all. However, the Manager informed both my wife and myself that our remaining balances would be taken care of due to the inconvenience. A HUGE "thank you" to them for doing this.
