Dear "Jamie",
1) You did not address my concerns until your shady dealership was called out for its questionable business practices.
2) The incompetent staff did not fulfill its obligations and correct the issues with my vehicle as several areas of my dash are still loose and will need to be addressed with VW North America to be fixed again (and of course I will not ever step foot on Chapman's premises ever again)
3) If you are "sorry to see that (I) have felt the need to post such a review" maybe you should have been a lot more professional as well as not to insinuate I had caused the damage to my vehicle myself.
After reading other negative reviews regarding your dealership, it is clear to see that I am not the only one who has had issues. Accept the fact that there are consequences for the actions portrayed by your dealership.
