Decent prices by the hour but you get what you pay for. The rooms are decent in size but not much air circulation going on. The leather sofas don't seem to have much life left in them. I'm sure people sit, sleep, stand, and jump on them (among other things...).
The song selection wasn't the greatest, I've definitely seen better. You must search by title. I like it when there are sections sorted by artist just in case you can't remember song names. All the background videos are (mostly) Korean dramas. Personally, I enjoy the original videos when singing English songs. Oh, you get a rating after every single song. I found that to be a slight nuisance. There should be a button where you can opt out (maybe there is but we just didn't know about it). I guess it boosts the confidence and ego when you consistently score in the high 90s or 100... I don't think there's a point to even have it because we never saw a score lower than 96.
Snacks and drinks are somewhat pricey for what they are. One bag of Halloween sized chips for a buck, full sized bag for $4, etc...
Bathrooms in the back are kinda sketchy. Both men's and women's doors are permanently open. The back door is also propped open. I almost killed myself because the floor tiles were broken in a washroom stall and I nearly fell over potentially smashing my head on the toilet... (No, alcohol was not a contributing factor.)... Death trap. I hope they fix that.
I had fun in a group nonetheless. We just wanted a place to sing!
