rev:text	I use to work at this place for only about four months . I came to Ulta because at my last job I felt as though I was wasn't treated fairly by my employees also by the customers . An my manager didn't do anything about it . I was at my last job for 5 years ! It was my first actually hair salon I ever worked at an I was sooo proud of myself for getting there . After a while things started become very repetitive An I got sick of just doing haircut after cut , day in An day out ! So I finally got to the point were I seriously just couldn't take that job anymore An I decided enough was enough ! So I got an interview for ulta an at my interview I had let the salon manager lee know that at my previous job it was mostly cuts an occasionally eyebrow waxes an sometimes color !But nothing crazy with color we weren't a full service salon at my last job . I was excited to get the job there because it's seriously so nice inside An everyone looks so put together everyday ! I knew that's definitely the atmosphere I wanted to be around ! I got there ,got the job my first color service I got there she told me I needed to to learn how to mix my own color . The second color service I had I told her what time my client was coming in an everything An when my client got there my salon manager was nowhere to be found ! An I had to fake it to a customer for 15 mins An she knew that lady was coming in at the time I told her , because I had just talk to her ! An after that she just expected to to just get it ! People that are coming into a place like Ulta Beauty are expecting top notch service which isn't to me the place you just let an employee "just figure it out "! I did the best I could with absolutely no help except for Emily an mikki who are amazing stylist there! Even though I know they didn't have to help me they did! More than even my own salon manger who sometime was nowhere to be found . Everyone else back in the hair salon has there nose in the air , you can't tell them nothing . Some of the girls have even said they don't talk to the new girls because they don't stay . Well I wonder why new stylist don't end up staying at Ulta ! The girls are very rude back in the hair salon I'm not sure if it's because those girls have been there so long, so they feel like they own the place ! But I can tell you that I will never return back to Ulta in Settlers ridge not even as a customer ! I enjoyed working with the girls up front they were always super friendly an helpful but as far as the salon goes it's a total hoax . I have even complained about the girls in the hair salon An my salon manager told me "To Grow A Back Bone"! An I did I'm no longer employed there !! Terrible management they need to let go of the old An be in the new or nothing will ever change, lastly I worked with very un friendly & unprofessional co-workers! They let me know too that this wasn't a training studio which I was well aware of before applying but my salon manager at the time was aware that I had really never done color before . I knew how to apply the color , I would just sometimes need help formulating . It's like they rather see you mess up than actually help you , they just threw me out there knowing that . Even customers would ask me if my employees had a problem with me by the way they would stare at me whole entire time I was working on the clients. That's pretty terrible if even clients could see that! It's like my co-workers would rather see me mess up than succeed . An I refuse to be around those kind of people . So I left . P.s I didn't get fired, I QUIT !!!!!!
