  • I've gone to the Central Phoenix Animal Hospital for years with numerous pets. They are the very best at customer service and caring for your pet. One time the doctor was not in town, I didn't know her temporary replacement doctor and I went to one closer in North Scottsdale. Oh yeah, was the new place modern and bright? Yes. Did they run completely unnecessary tests and charge me hundreds? You bet they did. Of course the tests were all negative. I guess you know who is paying for that fancy-schmancy place. So back to Dr. Ruiz and Veronica. Just an infection, some pills, a very small bill and viola! He's well. Like I said folks, it's been years of going there, several times putting my animals down from old age (one couldn't get up and was completely deaf) and they were so completely supportive. Honest, they don't run the expensive, unnecessary tests... have you ever paid for that valley fever test? She tests when she needs to but she always takes the most obvious, least expensive step first. Thanks guys, for years of awesome service.
