I used to live in this Home Depot so that's why I sort of have a love/hate relationship with it. Parking is not so bad here but there's been times that this place was an absolute zoo. These days and occasionally as I go it's not so bad.
If you know the store you know where everything is. I've bought a lot of things here over the past decade for my home. Once in a while they will have some sales but nothing to make me want to come in for necessarily. Their prices are what one would expect these days.
I can't say I've ever had a problem getting help or waited too long to get help before. I've had to return things before and the customer service is right by the entrance and I've never had a hassle returning products either.
The Home Depot seems to be cheaper for many things than Lowes just across the 427 near the East Mall.
If you're pulling out of the parking lot try to pull out closer to the north side as opposed to close to the Queensway side (south). It's hard to see around the corner and cars usually jet their way through that drive way towards Wal Mart.
