Terrible customer service. Office employees are very rude to residents, they figure you already live there, they can treat you how they please. They will not follow up if you have a work order in. If you call for a work order, they will tell you it will be done right away, when it has been 3-4 days and you're calling to follow up, they tell you they will look into it. So the next time you made an order and ask who will be the one following up since you learned your lesson last time, they get very nasty and hang up on you or talk over you as you're still speaking. They've proven to have poor communication skills when it comes to communicating any sort of update on the property, maintenance orders or resident issues. Very poor management company and management in the office. The property would be so much better if they just hired some folks with good customer service skills and liked their job. You get the feeling they are either in bad moods or simply dislike their jobs and take it out on each individual they deal with.
