  • Brought our 2012 Honda Civic for a oil change and was told over the phone during scheduling it would be $35. After the service was performed through the Service Advisor David Ittoop, the price increased to $50. I guess he had to improve the month end numbers by jacking up the price on me at the last minute. Hope they enjoy the increase because I will not be bringing it back there. Well I received a follow-up call from Honda, not made clear originally but there is a $10 labor charge tacked onto the fee plus tax. I will make sure to never go without a coupon again.
