  • Simply Top-notch personable service. About an hour and a half ago, I realized that I had no treads left on my winter tires and was afraid to drive on the 401. Now with Simply's expert advice and fast and friendly service I have some new suitable tires for snow and ice (the winter road condition that scares me the most). They had me in and out in less than a half hour, and I was a walk-in on a saturday, mid-afternoon. This is more than just a tire place- it's a personalized and friendly experience. No matter what business you are in, if you treat and service your customers well you will succeed and people will talk about your business and advertise for you. Allen's shop goes the extra mile. Literally. I recall that once, years ago that he drove out to me to help with something tire-related. Drove out to me!! After hours. On his own time. And I was only an occasional customer... but nonetheless an appreciative one. If you own any business at all that involves communicating to and handling other people, then I suggest you give Simply Tire a visit and take note of what they do right and how their environment is inviting and comforting unlike any other shop in their line of business (at least, that I can think of). On top of that, they give you expert advice, and front desk can explain hands-on why one tire behaves differently than the other. They aren't just there to make the most money they can on each customer, they are helpful to those on a budget who need to get the best value, safety and handling for their money.
