  • I love this store for staple items but dammmn I just had a terrible experience with the rudest salesperson ever. I think she was the manager too! She was rude, impatient, unfriendly, bossy to her staff, and honestly made me feel like a nuisance for shopping there. H&M, how on earth did you give this misery a job, never mind one as your manager? I felt like I was ordering a drink from a diva bartender in a nightclub, and all I wanted to do was exchange a sweater lol! I'm sure people will continue to shop there, and I'm sure this grouch will still keep her job as Mrs Manager, but perhaps I can do this gal a favour: get off your high horse, learn to smile, practice some patience, and I assure you, life will be much more rewarding. Other than that, I got a cool scarf for $12. Thanks! Bye!
