Many years ago when I inquired about a vehicle I made the mistake of giving these folks my phone number. Years later the call me to see if I want to buy a car, when I never gave them my explicit permission to call to me.
This is in violation of FCC rules gone into effect on 10/16/2013, which requires explicit written consent to make telemarketing calls.
We have an FCC rule for it because it's super-annoying, and I would never want to give my business to a sales team that makes unsolicited calls. They know that 99% of the people they are going to be calling are not in the market for a car, and are going to be interrupted by the call, but they don't care because the 1% who might be out there is worth it to them.
I find that logic very disrespectful to the majority of people, and I think paints the corporate values of Right Toyota in a negative light.
