| - I was looking forward to trying this place. It seems that whenever I really want to try something, and I dont go for a while, when I do, it's horrible.
The location seems easy. NOT! I had to drive through the parking lots quite a few times before I found it.
The place itself is cute and clean. They have SOOOOO many options to put on your pie.
You choose the dough (regular, gluten free and wheat), the sauce (white, marinara, spicy and 2 others), and toppings. Oh, the toppings. They must have about 50 to choose from.
They've got sauteed onions, roasted garlic, pineapple, red onions, olives, fresh basil, peppers, and so many others.
So, I made the most kick ass pizza ever! Regular crust, with some marinara mixed with the spicy sauce, gorgonzola cheese and sliced mozzarella, herbed ricotta cheese, parmesean cheese, sauteed onions, roasted garlic topped with pineapple and basil. It looked absolutely gorgeous!
SADLY, it just failed. The middle of the pizza was RUNNY and barely cooked. It just wasn't pretty at all. The taste was OK. The dough in the center of the pizza was terrible, but the crust and the upper part near the crust was outstanding.
If you are reading this, owners of CBP, please, cook the pizza a little longer. My lackluster pizza would have been fantastic had that been done!
Thankfully, I went during lunch so it was less than $9 with the tip!
I will not return as I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
