  • I was so tired of renting and every time asking the Landlord for permission to change something in the house. It has become absolutely annoying, I couldn't stand it anymore. I felt I was throwing my money without getting anything back. Mortgage rates in Las Vegaswere relatively low, so I decided it was now or never!!! I went to David for a second opinion, but after talking for a while, decided to work with him on my loan. David isn't your standard mortgage loan officer, he's also an accountant, and a teacher at heart. He changed my perspective on real estate investing, gave tax advice. Now, I understand that getting a mortgage is more than finding a low rate, I have an understanding of my lifetime TIP amount, what my net worth will be over the life of the loan, when to refinance etc. He seemed confident, very knowledgeable about the LasVegas housing market, and most importantly, was offering better rates than my previous mortgageloan officer. My real estate agent was also surprised by his offer and immediately asked David's contact info to work with him in the future. David and his group worked tough getting me a 30-year fixed with the best rates. They were very helpful from the pre-approval to the closing, kept me informed on each phase and explained every detail. David did his best to complete the process on schedule. Instead of a standard 1 month closing period, we got our keys on the 20th of contract. Now I am decorating my house using creative lighting and filling the walls with artwork. Thanks to David and his amazing group I can now control my property
